Beyond the realm of cycling, I proudly serve as the Race Medical Director for the IRONMAN Goa 70.3 event at Yoska, seamlessly integrating my passion for competitive cycling with a commitment to event management. Navigating the intersections of athleticism and event coordination brings me immense joy, and I'm excited about the ongoing journey as I continue to break barriers and inspire others in the process. I am also leading the Nutrition Academy of Yoska. It gives me immense experience in understanding the demands and requirements of working athletes. The right nutrition is crucial for enhancing athletic performance. Adequate intake of macronutrients like carbohydrates, proteins, and fats provides the energy necessary for training and competition. Proper hydration ensures optimal fluid balance, preventing dehydration and supporting endurance. Micronutrients such as vitamins and minerals play essential roles in metabolism, muscle function, and recovery.  Additionally, nutrient timing, including pre- and post-workout meals, influences energy levels, muscle repair, and glycogen replenishment.
