Nutrition is a profession that has a positive impact on society. It plays a vital role in human health and development. I have always been interested in the field of nutrition and health hence the reason why I studied it. In recent years, health concerns like obesity, diabetes, and heart disease have increased.In addition, poor nutritional habits are a huge contributor to this. In light of this issue, the demand for skilled nutritionists has increased dramatically. This field is growing so fast, and it has many rooms in many industries I have seen and heard nowadays people being fake and minting money in this field on social media about weight loss just because they lost it ,without knowing the history of the patient that is something to worry for and spread awareness regarding it. For the people I firmly believe that there is not a one-size-fits-all diet. Genetics, family history, diagnoses, sustainability, and more factors influence what is the best diet for someone.
