I must say this is one of the most effective budget friendly intra workout supplement. I never ran out of energy with this! Its named "Reload" for the very purpose it serves!!!! Hi5 Team for this supplement. Will definitely try out the other supplements too. :-)
good product
I've used these on a few longer (2hrs+) cycle rides in the mountains and it is really good at replenishing energy and salts lost by sweating. There is a perceptible difference in performance with drinking only water, and using this as a hydration tablet. It has a fairly dilute flavour, that is not overwhelming. The Citrus tastes better than the Berry flavour, though! My only suggestion would be to make this in a more concentrated/larger form, which can be used in a standard 650/750ml cycling bottle.

Used this recently during a 215km cycle ride through Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh in 38*C heat, and found this to be extremely effective in re-energising me and replenishing salts lost through sweat, after long, hard climbs. Takes a little while to dissolve completely, though. A larger volume tablet that can be dissolved in a 750ml/1L bottle for sustained use, would be very helpful. Highly recommended.
